个人简介

【个人情况综述】   1990年获美国南卡罗莱纳大学博士学位。现任东北师范大学生命科学院教授。长期从事基因的克隆、基因的表达及基因的调节研究工作,完成了多个基因的克隆工作,建立了多种细胞模型、转基因动物模型,以及多个基因的定位敲除动物模型。先后在Nature, Science,PNAS,BLOOD,JBC等权威杂志上发表了多篇论文。1993年开始从事与心血管病有关的凝血蛋白酶(血栓素)受体的研究工作,在血栓素受体基因克隆、基因表达,以及利用转基因动物和最新的基因敲除技术在血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)基因的功能等方面进行了大量的、深入的研究,并取得了一系列科研成果,在国际血栓素受体和血管内皮生长因子研究领域内占有重要学术地位。   【学习工作简历】   1978 — 1982 山西大学生命科学院植物生理学学生,获得学士学位;   1985 — 1990 美国南卡罗莱纳大学生命科学系分子遗传学研究生,获得博士学位;   1990 — 1993 美国加州大学旧金山分校病理系,博士后;   1982 — 1984 山西大学生命科学院助教   1985 — 1990 美国南卡罗莱纳大学生命科学系,研究助教   1990 — 1993 美国加州大学旧金山分校 心血管研究所,专职助研究员   1993 — 1996 美国加州大学旧金山分校 心血管研究所,专职副研究员   2000 — 2003 美国加州大学旧金山分校 心血管研究所,专职研究员一级   2003 — 2006 美国加州大学旧金山分校心血管研究所,专职研究员二级   2006 — 现在 美国加州大学旧金山分校心血管研究所,专职研究员三级   2005 — 现在 东北师范大学生命科学院膜通道实验室,教授   【社会学术兼职】   现任北美生物科技学会(SCBA)会员,华园科技学会会员(HYSTA)会员,美西医药协会(SAPA- West)会员,以及中国细胞生物学学会(CSCB)会员。
