　　研究方向
　　主要研究方向为多核集成电路体系结构、二维/三维片上网络集成电路体系结构。

　　[1]国家自然科学基金课题，“面向成品率的三维片上网络TSV容错技术研究”（61106020），2012.1-2014.12；
　　[2]教育部博士点青年基金，“3D NoC热优化设计技术研究”（20100111120009），2011.1-2013.12；
　　[3]863科技计划探索课题，“基于NoC的片上多处理器系统结构及实现方法研究”（2008AA01Z135），2008.6-2010.12，为本单位负责人。已结题；
　　[4]安徽省自然科学基金，“可重构MPSoC体系结构关键技术研究”（090412029），2009.1-2010.12。已结题，评为A。

　　[1]合肥市科技进步二等奖：消费类电子产品专用芯片的功率驱动实现。
　　[2]2008年获“斛兵杯”“优秀指导教师”称号；
　　[3]2007全国高性能计算学术年会最佳论文提名奖。
