  王源超 老师个人简历:
  王源超,男,汉族,1968年11月生,山东荣成市人。1991年7月毕业于莱阳农学院农学系获得学士学位,1996年7月毕业于南京农业大学植保系获得博士学位,1996年10月至1999年3月在浙江大学生物技术研究所从事博士后研究,1999年4月起在南京农业大学工作至今。期间,先后在韩国、美国、加拿大和荷兰等实验室进行合作研究。现为南京农业大学教授,博士生导师,植病系主任,植物病理学国家重点学科负责人,国家大豆产业技术体系病虫害研究室主任。中国菌物学会理事,《植物病理学报》、《南京农业大学学报》、《植物保护》、《生物安全学报》和《大豆科学》编委。
  长期从事卵菌病害成灾机理以及植物疫病控制的应用基础研究,对检疫性植物病原菌的快速检测技术、疫霉菌对寄主识别的分子机理、疫霉菌致病性的变异机制等进行了系统的研究。先后主持国家公益性行业科研专项、国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金、国家973计划子课题和948项目等30余项。主要学术贡献:(1)澄清了大豆疫霉对寄主识别的分子机理,发现了大豆疫霉通过G蛋白信号系统调控对大豆根系分泌异黄酮的识别从而寻找寄主植物,该研究为筛选新的控制疫病药剂特供了重要的理论基础;(2)明确了大豆疫霉毒性变异机制,克隆两个新的大豆疫霉无毒基因、解释了中国大豆疫霉群体中主要无毒基因通过点突变、转座子插入和差异转录等方式进行着复杂的毒性变异、证明了疫霉菌的毒性蛋白可以相互协作控制植物对病原菌的先天免疫,从而促进病菌的侵染,该研究被选为植物学研究的顶级刊物Plant Cell的封面文章,研究结论对改良植物对卵菌病害的抗性有重要价值;(3)解释了植物对疫霉菌非寄主抗性的分子机理,鉴定了多种新的疫霉菌分泌类毒性蛋白,采用病毒诱导的基因沉默技术澄清了MPAK等多种细胞信号系统在非寄主植物对疫霉菌抗性中的作用;(4)发掘了一批可用于检疫性有害植物病原菌分子监测的分子靶标,并在此基础上开发了十余种病原菌快速检测技术,形成多项国家和行业标准,并得到广泛推广应用。
  先后获得教育部自然科学奖和科技进步奖3项、在国内外刊物上发表研究论文100余篇,其中的包括Plant Cell、MPMI、Science等SCI期刊上论文50余篇,其中第一作者或联系作者27篇,总影响因子83,论文被SCI刊物引用260余次,获得国家发明专利5项,参编教材或著作3本。南京农业大学“133人才工程”学术带头人,南京农业大学优秀研究生导师和优秀教师,江苏省“青蓝工程”学术骨干,江苏省优秀科技工作者,江苏省高校优秀科技创新团队带头人,教育部新世纪优秀人才。
