  个人简介
  王雪林博士、山东大学物理学院教授.博士生导师.副院长。1989年毕业于山东大学固体物理专业,获得理学硕士学位,2001 年山东大学物理与微电子学院攻读凝聚态物理专业博士学位,2004年获得理学博士学位。全国优秀博士学位论文获得者,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,中国电工技术学会高级会员、电子束离子束第六届专业委员会委员、美国光学学会(OSA)会员。主要研究方向为离子与固体相互作用、离子注入晶体光波导以及离子束刻蚀、离子辐照(纳米)光电子学,主要包括离子注入晶体的折射率分布、光波导的损伤和损耗、离子注入波导结构的非线性特性等研究。
